What Is The Average Shipping/Order Processing Time?

Our standard order processing time is 7 business days and our average shipping time is 3-5 business days. However during peak seasons such as holidays and events it may take up to two extra days. In the event of any issues or delays arising with your customization order we will reach out to you promptly via phone or email.

When Will My Shipment Be Delivered?

What Are The Shipping Charges?

Do You Offer Delivery Outside Of The USA?

May I Know Your Policy For Return Or Refund?

Our policy is simple―return new, unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase with no hassle or questions asked. So shop worry free: if something isn't quite right your purchase can be refunded or exchanged without issue.

Can Customized Orders Be Retuned Or Cancelled?

Once a personalized product is ordered and you approve the virtual sample (mock-up), it cannot be exchanged, canceled or refunded. However, if you choose to cancel your custom order prior to approving the mock-up, our team can gladly process a full credit for you - any applicable card fees may apply.

How Do I Exchange My Purchase?

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to help! You can easily exchange it for an alternate product or colour. Simply email us at info@nonwoventotes.com and our team will gladly assist you in the process!

Received The Defective/Wrong Item.

If something isn't quite right with your order, don’t worry - we have you covered! Reach out to us within 3 days of delivery at info@nonwoventotes.com and let us know what happened. We'll promptly arrange a replacement or credit for the return if needed, so rest assured that we won't leave anything unresolved.

*Note:

We understand the disappointment if your product doesn't turn out as expected. Please be aware that screen resolution settings may create a difference between what you see online and in reality, so returns due to discrepancies between photos and physical bags cannot be accepted for this reason.

Courier Lost My Package.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with your shipment. While Nonwoventotes.com purchase the service from a courier, we are not liable in cases of delayed or lost delivery items as this is out of our control. However, we would be delighted to help! Please open a claim so that we can track and follow up on any errors made by the shipping carrier; many times packages can still be located and rescheduled for delivery.
