Can Customized Orders Be Retuned Or Cancelled?
Once a personalized product is ordered and you approve the virtual sample (mock-up), it cannot be exchanged, canceled or refunded. However, if you choose to cancel your custom order prior to approving the mock-up, our team can gladly process a full credit for you - any applicable card fees may apply.
How Do I Exchange My Purchase?

Received The Defective/Wrong Item.
If something isn't quite right with your order, don’t worry - we have you covered! Reach out to us within 3 days of delivery at info@nonwoventotes.com and let us know what happened. We'll promptly arrange a replacement or credit for the return if needed, so rest assured that we won't leave anything unresolved.

We understand the disappointment if your product doesn't turn out as expected. Please be aware that screen resolution settings may create a difference between what you see online and in reality, so returns due to discrepancies between photos and physical bags cannot be accepted for this reason.

While Nonwoventotes.com purchase the service from a courier, we are not liable in cases of delayed or lost delivery items as this is out of our control. However, we would be delighted to help! Please open a claim so that we can track and follow up on any errors made by the shipping carrier; many times packages can still be located and rescheduled for delivery.
